If you need to contact someone outside of school hours and believe it to be an emergency that cannot wait, please call the Emergency Duty Team on 0300 123 5022.

For children living in Derbyshire

If you have a concern about a child and need to contact someone during office hours, you can reach Call Derbyshire at 01629 533190 (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday).

For emergencies outside of these hours, including weekends and bank holidays, please contact the Emergency Out of Hours Team at 01629 532600.

These services are here to provide immediate support and assistance whenever it is needed.
